Entering 2010 The Brian Loncar Racing Team is the 5 state region's top ranked triathlon team. We are made up of
Dallas area amateur athletes with a passion for racing. Now in our 4th season, we have expanded to 54 members
and counting. Brian is not only our Title sponsor, but a veteran triathlete and charter team member. In 2008 Brian

4/18/10 Ochsner Ironman 70.3, New Orleans, La. Amari, racing her first time at 70.3, smoked the course in 4
hours 54 minutes. That was good for 4th in the 30-34. An incredible debut at that distance. Stephanie went 5
hours and 4 minutes, besting last year's time by 16 minutes. She placed 2nd in the 50-54 and was rewarded
for the 2nd straight year with a quailfying spot at Clearwater Ironman 70.3 World Championships.

8/30/09 The Brian Loncar Racing Team increases our IM finishers by 2. Tiffany crosses the line at
Ironman Canada in 12:10:24. Taylor finshes Ironman Louisville in 13:27:41. Congratulations!!

10/25/09 Longhorn Ironman 70.3, Austin - It was a great day in Austin for a half
Ironman. Willy finished 8th in his age group with a 6:35, Travis finished in 5:03, Gary
came in at 5:35. Lael and Stephanie opted for the Aqua bike and both won over all in
their respective genders. Get all the results here. Congratulations to all Loncar Racers!
It has been a great 2009!!

Trip is back home in the Metroplex after
about ten months of being away with the
U. S. Marines, mostly in Afghanistan. He
said ,” I am looking forward to getting back
in the saddle this weekend and hoping to
join you guys for some races very soon.
Thanks for your thoughtful emails while I
was and I appreciate the spot you gave me
on the website.”
Trip will be active duty for another year
and a half until his obligation is up
February 2012 and from there roll into the
reserves. “I should be back in the cockpit in
a month or two - looking forward to that.”

11/7/09 Ironman Florida. Our teammate Robyn Fitzgerald executed a near perfect race in route to her 12
hour 24 minute finishing time. Check out her run splits if you want to see how to "pace" an Ironman
marathon Click here. Congrats to her and all her hard work she put in for months and months and big
ups to Coach Whitten for providing her with a great plan. I'm sure if you ask Robyn she would tell you
that she could not have done it wiithout Whitten. Her husband Bruce kicked butt too with an 11:49.

11/14/09 Clearwater, Fl - Ironman 70.3 World Championships.. Brian Loncar Racing was represented
